AlephCRM arrives in Peru together with Volkswagen and its Official Store

Aleph, the digital platform that connects brands, wholesale distributors and retailers, continues to grow throughout the region.

After leading the way with the automotive industry in the Argentine market, improving the shopping experience for users of leading brands such as Bridgestone (see note on our blog, Bridgestone prepares its experts to provide the best online shopping experience with delivery in more of 100 tire shops, Aleph arrives to the Peruvian market.

Accompanied by Mercado Libre Peru, Aleph arrived in Peru to launch the Volkswagen Official Store  Peru through the Euromotors Peru group, importer and representative of the automotive company in that country, in charge of operating and monitoring the operations of the new Official Store through the solution Aleph Brand.

It allows brands to design an electronic commerce strategy based on the provision of an official store operated internally or outsourced to an operator, including their retail commercial channels as PickUp points.

This is how the new Volkswagen Official Store is already operating in Peru with 342 published products distributed in around 40 of its categories, officially cataloged by Aleph, and with 8 PickUp points in addition to its main address.

Luis Peraza, Head of Spare Parts and Accessories at Euromotors S.A. gives us his opinion on this initiative: "Part of Euromotors vision is to anticipate customer needs and based on this, several digital transformation projects have been generated, one of which was to open an online spare parts sales channel precisely for reach a market that today seeks to meet a need in this means.

We take advantage of the advantages of being in a Marketplace like Mercado Libre to start this project and it has been a learning process, understanding and measuring what the customer requires and adjusting to it. We trust that the online market in the automotive sector will grow more and more and there we will be prepared and ready! "

Likewise, Gaston Zelerteins, CEO of Aleph, shares Luis's words adding: "The automotive industry kicked off through the first innovation projects and we are proud to continue implementing the Aleph platform throughout the region, accompanying the commercial strategy of the future of brands and dealers "

Some may wonder, what are PickUp points all about?

As in the Argentine market, Aleph brings this great novelty: brands, through their Official Stores, can now have multiple addresses, corresponding to different locations, which will have the products available so that Mercado Libre users can make their purchases and decide where to pick up the product. This is what we call PickUp points and it is possible thanks to the management of Aleph together with the Mercado Libre platform .
