CNH Industrial, AlephCRM and Mercado Libre, starts engines towards electronic commerce

CNH Industrial, a world leader in capital assets, has designed its regional electronic commerce plan. And from Aleph we will accompany them in the management of their operations, which will have the Mercado Libre marketplace as its main ally.

Thus opens a new category: that of agricultural machinery, construction, trucks, buses and maritime, projecting to lead the digital world between now and the years to come.

The plan is to launch of Official Stores in Mercado Libre, for the commercialization of spare parts and accessories for the machines of each of its brands. The project begins with the deployment of e-commerce operations in Argentina and Brazil to continue with the expansion to Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and Peru. In each of the countries, CNH Industrial involves its network of distributors to be part of the online sales operations.


In Argentina, CNH Industrial develops a direct sales model, including its distributors as PickUp points for products and services, similar to FCA, a través de sus marcas FIAT Y JEEP and Ford brands in the automotive industry, or Bridgestone in the tire industry


For the Brazilian operations, due to its geographic scope and operational, tax and business model issues, CNH Industrial includes its distributors through an indirect sales model, sharing product catalogs and allowing marketing with its own accounts under the umbrella of the official stores of its brands, similar to the FV and Ferrum models in the construction industry or YAMAHA, in the musical instrument industry. On the other hand, in other Latin American countries, a local representative will be in charge of online sales operations
