At Warnes, Tommasi kicks off the innovation of spare parts shops

Tommasi is a company dedicated to the import and sale of electronic injection parts, fuel pumps, ignition coils and carburetors. It has the largest variety of parts in the entire country. The fuel injection and pump list consists of more than 4000 different products, while the carburetor and ignition list consists of more than 5000 items in permanent stock. Tommasi is a direct importer and works with various suppliers.

The first meeting with customers was held in October 2017, when the first Aleph users began to walk the path of sales management and electronic commerce through direct connection with the product catalog, price list and stock of their supplier Tommasi. Currently, more than 40 spare parts shops sell Tommasi products in different provinces and cities of Argentina in direct communication and constant updating with their supplier through Aleph.

To review the Aleph offer, the solution has a cloud software implementation for the management of the product catalog, price list and stock by the Tommasi wholesale distributor. They use Aleph Distributor, a module of the Aleph platform mainly focused on wholesale distribution companies. The Aleph platform is hosted on the infrastructure of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft's cloud services solution that leads the digital transformation of organizations.

On the other hand, the spare parts shops received Aleph Seller, a solution that allows direct connection with their suppliers, to keep the catalog product offer updated, their list prices, available stock and thus be able to publish, directly and massively, the products on the Mercado Libre platform. In this way, the main focus of Mercado Libre's sellers is focused on customer service, answering questions from potential buyers, post-sale services and, of course, competing to provide the best service and experience to users of Mercado Libre who seek advice with precision when purchasing a product.

“The modernization of the auto parts trade is a fact and is available to anyone who understands the trends and the impact of technologies from now and the years to come. We will be there to accompany you." says Guillermo Tommasi, President of Tommasi, the first auto parts distributor to start its digital transformation process with Mercado Libre through Aleph.

At Warnes, it is time for innovation in the relationship between brands, wholesale distributors and spare parts shops. At Warnes, it is time to bring a unique and orderly experience to electronic commerce, where each link in the value chain is a fundamental pillar in the automotive industry and will be demonstrated in each of the participants of this constant connection model that arrived, without doubts, to stay.
